FES Palm Beach & Treasure Coast Chapter invites you to participate in our 4th Annual Sporting Clay Tournament, January 17th, 2025, at the South Florida Shooting Club. The sport of clay shooting may not be new, but we love the opportunity we have to offer such an experience, while simultaneously supporting the Sleep In Heavenly Peace Foundation. Their non-profit provides beds to children and families across the U.S. Their volunteers are able to build, assemble, and deliver top-notch bunk beds through your support! 

Given the nature of this tournament, we would like to ensure a few things are communicated to you: 

• A Range Safety Officer will be present at each station who can provide instruction on safety measures and handling, demonstration, and monitoring of teams to ensure everyone is having fun while safety measures are being followed.
• No Shooting Experience Required. Come try it out for the first time or try it again! 
• Individual registrations will be grouped into teams of 4 as further described below. Please note your general experience level during registration.

Sponsorships are available and your support is greatly appreciated! Please review the Sponsor Form above for specific details and the number of complimentary shooters per sponsorship.

Checks can be accepted for Sponsorships. If you would like to pay via check, please download the Sponsor Form, fill out the required information including your complimentary representatives, and mail with check to Madison Whittington-Baschoff prior to January 10th, 2025. Mailing details are located in the Sponsor Form.

Registration FAQ:

Registering a Sponsorship: Select the chosen Sponsor Level and complete the Attendee Information. Please list players 2-4 in the option available. If you do not yet know who the players are, please list TBD and note to email to FES Chapter Liaison, Madison Whittington-Baschoff prior to January 10th, 2025. Please ensure to upload your company logo.

Registering a 4 Shooter Team: Select the 4 Team Registration. Please list players 2 - 4 in the space available. If you do not yet know who the players will be, please list TBD and note to email to FES Chapter Liaison, Madison Whittington-Baschoff prior to January 10th, 2025.   

Registering two 4 Shooter Teams: This option is available during registration. Please select and complete your first team, then utilize the Save & Add Another Attendee button to register your second team. If you do not yet know who the players will be, please list TBD and note to email to FES Chapter Liaison, Madison Whittington-Baschoff prior to January 10th, 2025.   

Registering a Team and Sponsorship: If you would like to register both a team and a sponsorship, you can do so during registration. The order in which you register does not matter so if you start with your player registration, you can then add a Sponsorship registration by using the Save & Add Another Attendee Button. Once selected, you will be able to add the Sponsorship Registration. Please ensure to register the company representative who will be attending the event. You will have the option to input a different representative during the billing portion of the checkout. If you do not yet know who the players will be, please list TBD and note to email to FES Chapter Liaison, Madison Whittington-Baschoff prior to January 10th, 2025
