Conference Overview

FDOT and Consultant Project Managers, accelerate your career at the ACEC Florida | FDOT Project Management Conference. The conference will include the following types of sessions:

  • Panel discussions focused on Quality Best Practices and CEI contracting

This conference will begin Wednesday, May 14th at 11:30 am and conclude Thursday, May 15th at 11:30 am.

Hotel Information

ACEC Florida has secured a room block at Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. The group rate is $225 per night plus tax, waived resort fee, and waived overnight self-parking. Reservations must be made on or before, Wednesday, April 23, 2025.  Upon completing your registration, you will receive the room block link within your confirmation email.

Government Employees - All taxes are waived upon arrival with proof of exemption.

Cancellation, Refund, & Substitutions

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES|ACEC Florida Team at Madison Whittington Baschoff.  Registrations may be refunded less a $50 service fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time, however, if a non-member replaces a member, the non-member registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
