• Room rate is $214 per night plus applicable state and local taxes. The cut-off date is Friday, October 31, 2025.
• Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am.
• Overnight valet is $45 plus 7.5% sales tax and daily valet is $20 plus tax.

*Please register if you are attending the board meetings. It helps us maintain an accurate headcount for the room setup and food. Members are invited to participate; however, meals for non-board members/committee chairs are on your own.
