• Room rate is $339 per night plus applicable state and local taxes. The cut-off date is Friday, December 26, 2025.
• Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm.
• Overnight valet is $40 plus 7.5% sales tax and daily valet is $15 plus tax.
• You must register for the meeting to receive the hotel reservation link.

• 12:00 am – 3:00 pm | ACEC Florida Board Meeting and Lunch | Cascades III

*Please register if you are attending the board meetings. It helps us maintain an accurate headcount for the room setup and food. Members are invited to participate; however, meals for non-board members/committee chairs are on your own.
