Hotel Information
The FES | ACEC Florida group rate is $195 per night plus state and local taxes. Room rates will be subject to a daily resort fee of $20 (includes parking.) Reservations must be made on or before, July 6, 2026. To
reserve your room at the Westin Cape Coral, please register for the event. The FES | ACEC Florida reservation link is provided within the registration confirmation email that is sent directly to the attendee’s email address once registered.
Each attendee can book a maximum number of 1 room. Any additional reservations will be cancelled. Please note that any room that is cancelled after the cut-off date of July 6th (barring extenuating circumstances) will be charged one night’s fee.
Release Waiver
By submitting this registration form, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me by FES|ACEC Florida during this event to be used for any purpose, as well as the release of my registration contact information to other
attendees, including my name and company.
Cancellation & Substitutions
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES|ACEC Florida Team at Mglass@fleng.org.
Registrations may be refunded less a $50 service fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be
made at any time, however, if a non-member replaces a member, the non-member registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
