2025 Florida MATHCOUNTS® State Competition Volunteers

All on-site volunteers for the Florida MATHCOUNTS® State Competition are required to complete a volunteer application and verify receipt of a Level 1 Clearance. The verification may be obtained through any State of Florida school volunteer program (e.g. Leon County Schools Volunteer Application) and forwarded to khacker@fleng.org no later than Monday, March 3rd, 2025. If verification of a Level 1 Clearance is not recieved prior to this date, you will not be able to serve as a volunteer for this event.

If you are a parent/guardian of Mathlete who is competing you are NOT eligible to volunteer
Minors must also complete a background check
Some background check programs can take up to two weeks
If you have received clearance since August of 2024 you can forward that to the email above

Please note that all volunteers are required to have a level 1 background check.
