2026 Florida MATHCOUNTS® State Competition Volunteers

All on-site volunteers for the Florida MATHCOUNTS® State Competition are required to complete a volunteer application and provide verification of Level 1 Clearance.

Individuals who have completed a Level 1 background check or higher on or after August 2025 must email verification of clearance to khacker@fleng.org no later than Monday, March 2, 2026.
Individuals who have not completed a Level 1 background check on or after August 2025 will receive an email from Kamryn Hacker outlining the required steps to complete the verification process.

Failure to provide verification of Level 1 Clearance by Monday, March 2, 2026, will result in ineligibility to serve as a volunteer for this event.

Please note the following additional requirements and limitations:

Parents or guardians of competing Mathletes are not eligible to volunteer
Minors are required to complete a background check.
Certain background check processes may take up to two (2) weeks to complete.
Individuals who received Level 1 Clearance on or after August 2025 may forward verification to khacker@fleng.org for review.
