Hotel Reservations:
ACEC Florida has secured a room block at The Hilton Orlando. The group rate is $180 per night plus tax, with a hotel fee of $10, a destination fee of $2.25 and a Self-Parking fee of $15. Reservations must be made on or before, Wednesday, May
10th, 2023. Upon completing your registration you will receive the room block link.
The government group rate is $148 per night, with a hotel fee of $10, a destination fee of $2 and a self-parking fee of $15. All taxes are waived with completion of an Attestation Form and
presenting a Certificate of Exemption upon check-in. Attestation Forms may be provided to the hotel upon check-in or in advance by contacting ORLOC-Finance@hilton.com .This room block is exclusively for government employees.
Outstanding Project Awards
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC Florida), annually recognizes outstanding achievement by its member firms in accomplishing Florida transportation projects. Firms are nominated for awards in seven project award categories:
Outstanding Major Project, Outstanding Design-Build or CM at Risk Project, Outstanding Roadway Project, Outstanding Bridge Project, Outstanding PD&E / Planning Project, Outstanding Environmental Project, and Outstanding Special Project. Nominations
for each award category may be submitted annually by each of the seven FDOT Districts, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and by the Central Office.
