Hotel Information
ACEC Florida has secured a room block at The Rosen Centre in Orlando. The group rate is $199 per night plus tax, there is no resort fee and a Self-Parking fee of $15. Reservations
must be made on or before, Tuesday, May 14th, 2024. Upon completing your registration you will receive the room block link.
The government group rate is $140 per night, there is no resort fee and a self-parking fee of $15. All taxes are waived upon arrival with proof of exemption. This room block is exclusively for government employees.

Cancellation, Refunds, & Substitutions
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES | ACEC Florida Team at Meridith Glass. Registrations may be refunded less a $50 service
fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time, however, if a non-member replaces a member, the non-member
registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
Outstanding Project Awards
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC Florida), annually recognizes outstanding achievement by its member firms in accomplishing Florida transportation projects. Firms are nominated for awards in seven project award categories:
Outstanding Major Project, Outstanding Design-Build or CM at Risk Project, Outstanding Roadway Project, Outstanding Bridge Project, Outstanding PD&E / Planning Project, Outstanding Environmental Project, Outstanding Special Project and Outstanding
Safety Project. Nominations for each award category may be submitted annually by each of the seven FDOT Districts, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and by the Central Office.
