Conference Overview
FDOT and Consultant Project Managers, accelerate your career at the FDOT | ACEC Florida Project Management Conference. The conference will include sessions that discuss and review a variety of topics related to:

Hotel Information
ACEC Florida has secured a room block at The Rosen Centre in Orlando. The group rate is $199 per night plus tax, waived resort fee, and a discounted self-parking rate of $15 per car. Reservations must be made on or before, Tuesday, May 14th,
2024. Upon completing your registration, you will receive the hotel reservation link in your confirmation email.
The government group rate is $140 per night, waived resort fee, and a discounted self-parking rate of $15 per car. All taxes are waived upon arrival with proof of exemption. This room block is exclusively for government employees.

Release Waiver
By submitting the registration form, you hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you by FES|ACEC Florida during the event to be used for any purpose, as well as the release of your registration contact information to other attendees, including your name and company.
Cancellation, Refunds, & Substitutions
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES|ACEC Florida Team at mwhittington-baschoff@fleng.org.
Registrations may be refunded less a $50 service fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time,
however, if a non-member replaces a member, the non-member registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
