Register for the Conference

FES and ACEC Florida members are eligible for a discounted registration rate. ACEC Florida members who aren’t members of FES may email fes-acecfl@fleng.org to receive a promo code to receive the discounted rate.

Release of Contact Information and Photos

By registering for the conference, you agree to that your contact information, including your name and name of your company, may be released and any photographs that may be taken by FES|ACEC Florida during the Annual Conference to be used for any purpose.

Reserve Your Room

• The conference hotel, The Westin Cape Coral Resort, is completely booked.
• Rooms canceled after July 6, 2026, will be charged one room night.
• If you need to cancel your room, please email khacker@fleng.org to avoid a cancellation fee. Your room will be transferred to someone on the waiting list.
  
• Nearby hotels include: Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Myers/Sanibel.

Substitute or Cancel Your Registration

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute or cancel your registration by providing written notice to fes-acecfl@fleng.org.

• Substitutions can be made at any time.
• If a non-member replaces a member, the non-member registration rates will apply.
• Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
• Cancellations received by July 19, 2026 will be refunded less a $50 service fee.
• Cancellations received after July 19, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
